Child driver with 'mental disability' causes several crashes near Kostoryz and SPID, per CCPD
CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Corpus Christi Police Department officers said an underage driver caused several car wrecks near Kostoryz Road and SPID on Monday morning. CCPD Lt.
