‘I Am Serious About It’: Nate Herbig Dedicated To Winning Steelers’ Starting Center Job
You may not take Nate Herbig’s quest to win the Pittsburgh Steelers’ starting center job seriously, but he certainly does. The sixth-year veteran is running consistently with the first-team offense, trying to fend off rookie Zach Frazier. He has never held a full-time starting job before, and he is not even a “natural” center, more a guard. But he won’t let that stop him as he pursues his dream of being an NFL starter.

Along With On-Field Goals, Calvin Austin III Is Focused On ‘Being A Leader’ For The Offense
It may not seem like it, but WR Calvin Austin III is one of the longer-tenured players on the Pittsburgh Steelers’ offense at this point. He was added in the fourth round of the 2022 NFL Draft, the same year that George Pickens was selected in the second round. Only Najee Harris, Pat Freiermuth and Dan Moore Jr. have been around for longer on the offensive side of the ball as they continue to be one of the youngest groups in the NFL.
