?Michigan man arraigned for owing more than $13K in child support
Randall Auchmuty, 48, of Kimball was arraigned this week in Clinton Township 41B District Court for failing to pay his child support on his two minor children. According to the Macomb County Prosecutor’s Office, Auchmuty was ordered in December of 2019 by Macomb County Circuit Court Judge Matthew Switalski to pay $455.00 a month in child support for his two children.
Brown City man killed after rollover crash in Emmett Township
A Brown city man was killed in a single-vehicle crash Monday evening in Emmett Township. A news release from the St. Clair County Sheriff's Office states Leonard Bennett, 53, was the sole occupant of a car which rolled over off of Foley Road. The sheriff's office received a report of the crash just before 6 p.m.

Brown City man killed in St. Clair County rollover accident
A Brown City man died yesterday after a single vehicle roll over crash in St. Clair County’s Emmett Township. The crash was reported just before 6:00 p.m. on Monday, July 8, and responders were dispatched to the scene on Foley Road, where they learned that the vehicle’s sole occupant had been ejected from the vehicle. The man, who succumbed to his injuries, was identified as 53-year-old Leonard Bennett of Brown City.
