Scattered rain Wednesday after thunderstorm outages in southeast Michigan
More than 2,000 people in southeast Michigan remained without electricity early Wednesday after thunderstorms swept through the area overnight. The National Weather Service issued a severe thunderstorm warning on Tuesday night for cities including Warren, Sterling Heights, New Haven and Marine City. Those communities were due for pea-sized hail and winds up to 60 mph the storms passed, according to NWS.

A driver who was travelling eastbound on westbound lanes of Interstate 69 was severely injured in a crash Sunday night near Capac. EV industry praises federal investments in Michigan

Richmond Lions help clean aircraft displays at Selfridge museum
Nine volunteers from the Richmond Lions Club finished up their cleaning of a Korean War-era North American F-86A aircraft earlier this month at the Selfridge Military Air Museum at Selfridge Air National Guard Base.
