BOISE — The nation’s top lawyers visited Idaho briefly to discuss strategies for combating fentanyl and other crimes with local and federal law enforcement. U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland and U.S. Solicitor General Elizabeth Prelogar, who is a Boise native, sat down Tuesday at U.S. Attorney for Idaho Josh Hurwit’s office. Motorcyclist Disappears Aug 11 On Ride From Idaho To Montana
A search is underway for a man who was last seen in northern Idaho preparing for a motorcycle ride to Montana. Family and friends are asking for help with locating him. Zachary DeMoss, 24, was last seen in Kooskia, Idaho, which is 85 miles southeast of Moscow. He was traveling with a group of bikers when he vanished, according to a story published on the Idaho Missing Persons Alerts Facebook page. DeMoss was a very experienced rider and has been missing since August 11.
Kootenai County aims to improve tax correction transparency
