Woman going to prison for drunk driving crash that killed her 7-year-old
IDAHO FALLS — A 30-year-old woman was given prison time after she pleaded guilty to causing a crash that killed her 7-year-old child. Jessica Martinez was sentenced by District Judge Bruce Pickett to a minimum of one and a half years and a maximum of 10 years in prison. She will also be required to pay at least $1,500 in court fees and fines.
Man Accused in Lewiston Attempted Murder Case Pleads Guilty to Lesser Charge
LEWISTON - A man who was indicted for the 2023 attempted murder of Loyal Otis Dickson in Lewiston pleaded guilty on Tuesday to a lesser charge. According to the Nez Perce County Prosecutor's Office, on July 14, 2023, the Lewiston Police Department responded to an injured person call in North Lewiston. Upon arrival, officers located the victim unconscious with multiple stab wounds. The victim was identified as Dickson.
