Free MUSIC in the PARK on Wednesdays at NOON in Sullivan, Maine
Age-Friendly Sullivan is to invite you to our 3rd weekly event of musicians entertaining our community on Wednesdays at noon, on July 24th, 2024. Local musician, Gary Bushee will be our guest artist at our MUSIC in the PARK, under the tents at Sumner Memorial Park in Sullivan. Gary Bushee has been making music since early childhood, singing songs and playing harmonica from about age six, followed by guitar and recorder. A multi-instrumentalist, Gary plays mandolin, fiddle, viola, ukulele, and percussion. He identifies primarily as a singer, working in the folk tradition with frequent forays into jazz and country blues. Bring a picnic lunch, bring your family and friends, meet your neighbors and relax under the tents near the Gazebo. These events are FREE to the public.
