KINGSBURG, Calif. ( KSEE/KGPE ) – A nursing and rehabilitation center in Kingsburg was out of power following an electrical hazard at the facility, Cal Fire said on Thursday.

Cal Fire was assisting the Kingsburg City Fire Department with an electrical hazard that they say resulted in a loss of power at the Kingsburg Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Because of this, patients and staff had to be moved to the gym at Rafer Johnson Middle School in Kingsburg.

As of Thursday afternoon, fire officials report PG&E was at the scene working to restore the power. There is also no information regarding the cause of the electrical hazard.
