This initiative will introduce convenient plastic recycling receptacles throughout the airport, promoting responsible recycling practices among travelers and staff alike.

The collected plastic waste will be transported to Eastman’s new state-of-the-art mixed plastics processing facility in Kingsport. As the largest material-to-material recycling facility in the world, this plant underscores Eastman’s commitment to innovative and sustainable recycling solutions.
