    TBI: Missing Kingsport boy found safe

    UPDATE: The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation says Nova Rice has been found safe.

    KINGSPORT, Tenn. (WJHL) — An Endangered Child Alert has been issued for a Kingsport boy.

    According to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, 7-year-old Nova Rice was last seen on Monday wearing a blue tie-dyed shirt with a smiley face and blue jean shorts.

    The TBI believes Nova Rice is with his father Timothy Rice and the two may be traveling in a black 2007 Chevrolet Silverado with Tennessee plate BJX 9263.
