Nissan Rogue wins ‘Coolest Thing Made in Tennessee’

KINGSPORT, Tenn. (WJHL) — After weeks of voting and more than 75,000 votes, the Nissan Rogue emerged with the 2024 title of the “Coolest Thing Made in Tennessee.”

The Nissan Rogue, manufactured in Smyrna, Tennessee, claimed the top spot following several rounds of voting.

Tritan™ Renew made by Eastman in Kingsport had made it to the final round of voting with the Nissan Rogue and two other finalists.

Three Tri-Cities products had made it to the Top 8 before eventually being whittled down.

The Coolest Things Made in Tennessee competition hoped to bring attention to products made in the state as well as career opportunities.
