ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - St. Louis Mayor Tishauara O. Jones signed a bill to improve streets on Thursday. BB 51, sponsored by Ald. Anne Schweitzer, aims to improve the City’s Complete Streets policy and invite the public to participate in the process. The bill creates the Complete Streets Advisory Committee, which will include relevant City departments, a citizen representative, Bi-State Development and the Missouri Department of Transportation. It also ensures the quarterly meetings are open to the public and allow public comments.
