Ravens, Chiefs Are Favorites for “Patient” Pro Bowl Free Agent
The Baltimore Ravens and Kansas City Chiefs are favorites for “patient” Pro Bowl free agent, Stephon Gilmore this summer. According to a report, Gilmore is seeking a new job but is in no rush to find his next team. He’s aiming for a starting role as a training camp is approaching. The veteran is telling multiple sources that he’s patient in finding his next gig but previously said he’s waiting for the “right opportunity” so it it seems like he’s ready to sign with any team as long as he’s a starter.
Orioles touched base with top bullpen trade options in plan that could screw over Yankees
The Baltimore Orioles are going for it. With a one-game lead over the New York Yankees in the hotly contested AL East, the O's are bonafide World Series favorites for the first time since... well, it's been a while. There are other teams in the mix, including a couple heavyweights in their own division, but few American League teams can match Baltimore's mix of top-end talent and depth.
A non-Jackson Holliday trade the Orioles can make for Tarik Skubal
The Detroit Tigers appear to be in a position to sell this year at the trade deadline, and Tarik Skubal might be one of the biggest assets they can sell off. The left-hander is 10-3 in his 19 starts and owns an ERA of 2.41 on the season. The 27-year-old has also thrown 116 innings and fanned 140 batters.
Ravens, Panthers May Be Favorites for Frustrating Cut Candidate
The Baltimore Ravens or Carolina Panthers may be favorites for frustrating cut candidate linebacker, Randy Gregory this summer. According to a report, there may be drama unfolding as the pass rusher is cutting contact with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers even though he just got there. The team was able to bring him into a one-year deal worth up to $5 million with the thought he might be able to regain his original form. However, things are not looking bright for a team that’s looking for a replacement for Devin White and Shaquil Barrett.

Orioles Rookie Who Had A Hot Start Needs A Reset In The Minors
Colton Cowser got off to a scorching start during the 2024 season. However, since his incredible first month, his performance has been subpar. Taken with the fifth pick in the 2021 MLB draft out of Sam Houston State University, Cowser was a surprise pick. Despite being an under-slot selection, Cowser made his big league debut two years later in 2023. Although he went just 7-61 in his first taste of the MLB, Cowser remained a highly touted prospect. Cowser made the opening day roster for the Orioles in 2024 and had an incredible first month, becoming a rookie of the year front runner. But Cowser has cooled off since his great start, and a trip back down to Triple-A Norfolk may help him get back on track.
