    Amber Alert For 13-Year-old Who Abducted 5-Year-old In SUV Is Canceled; Children Found Safe

    The search is over for a 5-year-old boy believed to have been abducted out of Montgomery by his 13-year-old sister.




    The SUV they were in was found in Selma, and the children were found safe nearby, Around 10 a.m. Tuesday, the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency and the Montgomery Police Department issued an Emergency Missing Child Alert for two Montgomery children, Kaiden Perryman,5, and Janayizha Gunn,13.

    The two had last been seen around 9 p.m. on Monday in the Gibbs Village area of Montgomery.

    Hours after the initial alert, an Amber Alert was issued stating that the 13-year-old was believed to have abducted the 5-year-old. The two are siblings, according to NBC affiliate WSFA.

    The pair were believed to be traveling in a white 2011 Chevy Equinox. That vehicle was located in Selma without the children inside, according to WSFA.
