These Are the Current Three Star Michelin Restaurants in America
Pretty soon Texas restaurants will begin appearing in the Michelin guide for the first time ever. Hopefully these restaurants can join some pretty elite company. If you're anything like me, you learned the tire company Michelin is the same exact company that rates restaurants throughout the world. The goal of the Michelin guide was to get people out on the roads and explore new things (hopefully on Michelin tires). The guide has existed since the early 1900's, however American restaurants would not get any ratings until 2005. Texas will get its first ratings with restaurants in the major cities like Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Austin, and Fort Worth. We will wait and see if any restaurants get the coveted three star ranking which means, "exceptional cuisine that is worth a special journey." Here are the 2024 three star restaurants in America.
