SCOTT, La. ( KLFY ) – The Acadiana Po-Boy Festival is Saturday and promises to be bigger and better than ever. It’s being held at West Village in Scott from 10 a.m.-6 p.m.

At the heart of the Festival is the iconic po-boy. This beloved Louisiana sandwich will be served a lot of different ways. From classic shrimp and roast beef to creative and modern twists, there’s something to satisfy every palate.
