Acadiana is off to another comfortable start this Thursday as temperatures are in the 60s to 70s. Similar to yesterday, a very hot afternoon is ahead with highs in the mid 90s. Humidity levels are expected to remain low and comfortable for late August. The area won’t be as cool tonight with lows dipping into the mid 70s.

Muggier conditions return for the weekend along with low rain chances. Typical late August weather is in the forecast for much of the next work week.
