LAFAYETTE, La. ( KLFY ) — Lafayette Parish drug court alumni will hold the Sobriety Awareness Tournament on Saturday. Alumni are hosting the tournament to support members of the community that are living in recovery.

The 15th Judicial District Court Adult Drug Court alumni will host the softball tournament at Scott Park, 1030 Cormier St., at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday.

Heartland Recovery Center , Genesis Behavioral Hospital , Beacon Community Connections , Rajin Recruting, and Oxford Sober Living Houses are working as recovery partners for the event.

Six teams will compete in the tournament and play until there is a champion. Concessions will be available at the baseball park. There will be an entry fee at the gate of $5.
