VERMILION PARISH, La. ( K L FY ) — A man is wanted on numerous charges, including two counts of attempted murder, in connection with a mid-August shooting at Stone Bridge apartments, authorities say.

The Abbeville Police Department said they are searching for Tahj Judge on the following charges:

    • two counts of attempted first-degree murder
    • four counts of aggravated criminal damage to property
    • one count of possession of a firearm-free zone
    • one count of illegal use of weapons or dangerous instrumentalities

Abbeville police said the shooting was reported at around 11 p.m. on Aug. 16.

“Following an investigation, including the execution of search warrants and review of surveillance footage in the vicinity, the incident was captured on camera, showing individuals fleeing with firearms,” police said in a social media post.

Police said arrests have been made in connection with the incident but Judge has yet to be found.

Investigators believe Judge might be in Mississippi.
