2A No. 9 Mason Punchers hosts 3A No. 9 ranked Wall Hawks to kickoff 2024 high school football season

Head Coach Michael McLeod discusses why the Punchers schedule the Wall Hawks every season and how the team is always ready for the challenge that comes with playing a playoff contender year in and year out. The Wall Hawks have been one of the more dominant Concho Valley teams in the last decade and this year they have a new face commanding the team in Craig Slaughter. The Punchers finished last season 11-1 with now 10 plus wins in three of the last six seasons, making them also one of the more dominant Concho Valley teams in the last decade as well. Kickoff is Friday night at 7 p.m.
