2 vehicle collision in Knickerbocker parking lot sends one to hospital

SAN ANGELO, Texas ( Concho Valley Homepage ) — A black Camaro collided with a tan SUV on Sept. 4.

According to an SAPD officer, both vehicles were navigating an intersection on Knickerbocker Road and Executive Drive when the Camaro exited the Southwest Plaza Shopping Center entrance and struck the SUV, which was also attempting to enter the lot.

One minor injury was reported; the driver of the tan SUV has been transported to Shannon Medical Center for immediate care. The Camaro driver was also injured but was treated at the scene.

The driver of the Camaro will receive a citation for failing to yield while leaving the private property.
