Tom Green County Deputies seize large amount of drugs in traffic stop

SAN ANGELO, Texas ( Concho Valley Homepage ) —Deputies with the Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office executed a routine traffic stop that led to a major drug seizure.

According to a press release from TGSO, at around 3:32 a.m. on Aug. 31, deputies stopped a vehicle driven by 20-year-old Jeremiah Sanchez of San Angelo.

Deputies noted that during the stop they discovered and confiscated over 1,170 grams of THC, 25 grams of cocaine, 15 ounces of marijuana and an undisclosed amount of money in cash.

Sanchez was arrested and is facing multiple high-level felony charges related to drug trafficking.
