SAN ANGELO, Texas ( Concho Valley Homepage ) —The owner of Halfmann’s Cake Cottage is seeking a successor to operate the building of the well-established business.

According to a social media post shared by Deb Haley, realtor at Texas Trails Real Estate, Texas Trails Real Estate is offering an opportunity for cake artists to purchase the 4,000-square-foot brick-and-mortar building complete with included equipment for $450,000. Haley noted also that the business and the real estate are for sale with the building being a condominium.

“It’s been an operation for over 30 years and has an incredible name,” said Haley. “The owners want to keep it going.”

Although she shared the owner loved the business itself, he wants to retire and move out of San Angelo.

“He really is hoping that somebody will buy it and keep it running and in the meantime, he is planning on keeping it open. There is no plan to shut it down,” Haley said.

Parties interested can contact Haley at 325-245-9510 for more details.
