SAN ANGELO, Texas ( Concho Valley Homepage ) — A two-car collision at the W. Harris and S. Abe intersection on Sept.18, around 3 p.m., sent four individuals to Shannon Medical Center.

According to a San Angelo Police Officer, the collision was caused by a Chevy Cruise heading west on E. Harris and failing to yield while making a left turn onto S. Abe colliding with a GMC Yukon.

There were four occupants in the GMC Yukon, and all four were sent to Shannon Medical Center with no life-threatening injuries. The Chevy Cruise had one occupant, who was treated on scene and released by a medic at the scene of the collision.

The Chevy Cruise driver was cited for failing to yield to a right of way while turning left.
