Lake View handed tough loss in week 4

SAN ANGELO, Texas ( Concho Valley Homepage ) The Lake View Chiefs claimed their first win of the season in week three, entering week four looking to continue adding to that win column. The Chiefs were ultimately handed a tough loss in week four.

After getting out to an early 7-0 lead the Chiefs would soon find themselves in an uphill battle only scoring 6 more points in the contest, and in the 4th quarter at that. Lubbock would go into halftime up 17-7 against the Chiefs who just couldn’t seem to gain any momentum after Quarter number one according to head coach Guevara. We caught up with coach Guevara after week four for his thoughts on what he saw in the game.

The Chiefs move to 1-3 on the season after a tough 31-13 loss to Lubbock. Lake View travels to Levelland for week five this Friday.
