Fort Concho Elementary volunteer receives $300 from Pay It Forward Campaign

SAN ANGELO, Texas ( Concho Valley Homepage ) — A Volunteer at Fort Concho Elementary School who helps out the teachers and students in any way she can receive $300 through the KLST Pay It Forward Campaign, sponsored by Carpet Tech.

Grandma Harris is a Volunteer Grandma at Fort Concho Elementary School who is described as a great asset to the school.

Grandma Harris was nominated by Mrs. Duncan, a Fort Concho Teacher. They have been working together for seven years now. Mrs. Duncan describes Harris as such a giver and points out that the students love her.

“She goes beyond her call of duty and always thinks about my children 24/7,” said Mrs. Duncan when asked why she nominated Grandma Harris.
