GoGo GoGi Korean BBQ to close due to road construction

SAN ANGELO, Texas ( Concho Valley Homepage ) —A road closure that began in May of 2022 has caused a restaurant that opened last year to close its doors to the public.

According to a social media post shared by GoGo GoGi Korean BBQ, the restaurant has temporarily closed following the College Hills Boulevard project and will remain closed until the project’s completion.

GoGo GoGi Korean BBQ originally opened on Nov. 20, 2023, and replaced the previous China Garden restaurant that closed in 2018, after a year of renovations and remodeling. Additionally, the post noted that the decision made wasn’t an easy one and updates regarding the reopening date will be released.
