San Angelo and Coleman rodeos win first-place awards

SAN ANGELO, Texas ( Concho Valley Homepage ) — On the afternoon of Oct. 10, the San Angelo Stock Show and Rodeo and Coleman PRCA Rodeo won first-place awards from the Texas ProRodeo Circuit.

According to a social media post San Angelo Stock Show and Rodeo won first place for the Large Rodeo Committee and Coleman PRCA Rodeo won first place for the Medium Rodeo Committee categories at a luncheon in Waco, Texas.

San Angelo Stock Show and Rodeo has been a top 3 finalist each year the Large Rodeo Committee award has been given out since 2019. This will be the second time San Angelo Stock Show and Rodeo has won this award, first time was in 2022.

Coleman PRCA Rodeo has won or been a finalist for the Medium Rodeo Committee since the award started in 2019. This is Coleman PRCA Rodeo’s third time winning this award, other years were 2020 and 2022.
