The SAPD said in a public announcement issued via social media on Oct. 11 that Stewart was wanted for this charge. Citizens were asked to contact Concho Valley Crime Stoppers if they recognized Stewart or had information that could lead to her arrest.

This marks the second time Stewart has been arrested this month. As per court records, she was previously arrested on Oct. 1 for assault that caused bodily injury and included family violence. She was then released on Oct. 2.
