KSAN Evening Weather Update: Tuesday October 15th, 2024

Daytime heating combined with light easterly winds made for a comfortable day in the 90s after a brisk start in the upper 40s.

With high winds in the forecast a strong cold front is making its approach overnight into the Concho Valley.

Strong winds from the North in excess of 20mph could push through all Wednesday before turning out of the south for the next quick moving storm and with some much needed rain.

This sinking cold air will lock the Concho Valle in the 70s as southerly flow does its best to not only recharge the atmosphere but warm it before anymore advection moves out of the West Texas.
