Bodies of two men recovered in Terrell County

TERRELL COUNTY, Texas (KMID/KPEJ)- The Terrell County Sheriff’s Office recovered the bodies of two people who entered the country illegally this week. Sheriff Thaddeus Cleveland said this year, his office has recovered a total of five people who have died trying to make their way into the country.

Both men were from Mexico, one from San Luis Potosi and the other from Hidalgo.

Cleveland said anyone who is missing a loved one that crossed the border in Terrell County should call the Mexican Consulate in Del Rio at 830-775-2352.
