MARSHALL MUNICIPAL UTILITIES AWARDED CERTIFICATE OF EXCELLENCE

Marshall Municipal Utilities received recognition during Tuesday’s city council meeting for achieving a standard set only by 11 of their peers in the state.

About 244 public utilities across the U.S. received the certificate in the past year, including Chillicothe, Columbia, Higginsville, Independence, and Macon.
