The Saline County Clerk’s office has formally certified the results of last week’s primary election.

Clerk Brittni Burton says the certification process took just under five hours and went without complication.

Krystle Enyart and Pam LaFrenz served as verification judges.

With the August primary settled, attention turns to the Nov. 5th General Election. Burton notes that two independent candidates have submitted enough signatures to file for county offices.
