Roaming St. Louis: Ballwin's Wolf Cafe strong on sustainability

For his Roaming St. Louis segment this week, KMOX host Scott Jagow visited the Wolf Cafe in Ballwin. Owners Denise and Bob Biribin have spent their careers in the restaurant business, with a focus on composting and recycling and "real food" as their slogan goes.

They talk to Scott about that, plus their taproom, cocktail lounge, new pizza offering and their Tuesday night open mic.
