What does that say about St Joseph Mo that parents have to be bribed to get their kids to school? Usually that’s an urban problem. But we are swing way too much of this all over. St Louis.m and other places. Such a shame about Wingfest and that kids stopped. !it. Those kids should have been arrested held and booked.
