KMOX Sports personalities discuss lessons Cardinals can learn from playoff teams, St. Louis Blues, College Football

ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - October is a rather busy month in the sports world.

The month of October is the only month in the year where nearly every sport you can think of is playing. The MLB playoffs are set to almost reach an end, college football, NFL seasons and European soccer seasons are now in the middle of their seasons, the NHL season has only just begun, while NBA regular season officially gets underway on Oct. 22.

In addition, the MLS playoffs are nearly here while motorsports like NASCAR and Formula 1 are now on a road to a conclusion.

KMOX Sports Personalities Matt Pauley and Kevin Wheeler, along with St. Louis sports personality and regular KMOX contributor Bernie Miklasz all got together Monday to discuss the wide world of sports.

Among the topics Pauley, Wheeler and Miklasz discussed included the MLB playoffs with the playoffs reaching the league championship series (LCS) and what the Cardinals can learn from playoff teams, the St. Louis Blues season and their thoughts on how the Blues look so far, along with college football talk and the performances of Mizzou and Illinois.
