A United Kingdom -based online printing company has released an optical illusion brainteaser that can reportedly determine if someone is a “naturally intelligent” person with a keen eyesight .

Knewz.com has learned that the optical illusion provided by the printing company “Instantprint” shows a screen of orange and yellow lines, within which, apparently, is hidden the picture of a fruit .

According to the description, if one manages to accurately identify the fruit hidden in the picture, it would prove that they are “unlikely to take things at face value” and always seek “nuance to everything.”

The logic behind this theory, as explained by a research published in Current Biology , is that “naturally intelligent” individuals, or those with a higher IQ , will be “able to focus on the correct details and disregard more irrelevant information with greater ease.”

If someone has difficulty making out the fruit seen in the illusion, they could try slowly scrolling their screens up and down, upon which a vague outline of the hidden object should start becoming clearer.

It has been further explained that a person who would be able to identify the fruit accurately in the optical illusion brain teaser is more likely to be a “pleasure to work with, quick to pick things up,” and “incredibly reliable.”

Instaprint, the online printing company that published the optical illusion, remarked about this matter:

“Those who are naturally intelligent are likely to be stimulating, good at communicating in many different ways, and generally more organized. Intelligent individuals in the workplace are said to be incredibly curious, lovers of information data, and are extremely prepared for anything.”

“No matter what they’re faced with, they’ve always got a solution. They have strong analytical skills – they’re able to quickly recognize patterns, conceptualize ideas, and execute plans ferociously,” the website added .

If you have not managed to find the hidden fruit yet, here’s a hint: the hidden object is an apple.

If one looks for the rounded edge of the hidden apple and then follows the lines, the picture should soon become visible.

An optical illusion can be a fun way of developing keen eyesight and facilitating overall brain development, and Knewz.com recently learned of a difficult – and hence, more enjoyable – one based on ancient Egypt .

The challenge is that the viewer has to locate a well-hidden pharaoh’s mask amidst a detailed Egyptian scenery within 30 seconds.

It might prove to be quite daunting as the painting is quite complex, with rivers, pyramids , houses, and even the famed Sphinx far in the background.

However, here is a hint—the pharaoh ‘s mask is quite ornate and quite different from the other objects seen in the picture.

Spotting the mask within 12 seconds or less would mean that the person possesses exceptionally sharp eyesight.

If this is proving quite difficult, here is another hint: One needs to look closely at the sides of the pyramids seen in the picture.

With this hint, the answer should be fairly simple!

If this challenge given above proved easy as well, Knewz.com has a brain teaser that could be a bit of a head scratcher. It is said that solving this puzzle within 14 seconds would prove that the person has 20/20 vision and the IQ of a professor .

Sometimes I question whether these kind of things are of any real value and actually indicate what they claim. I know what my IQ is and in spite of that value I don't consider myself to be exceptional so when I can look at a picture like this and immediately see an apple my thought is that more than likely most people do the same thing. What do other people think?
