Pair of Venango County Inmates Accused of Assaulting Prisoner, Flooding Cell Block
FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) — Two Venango County inmates are accused of assaulting another prisoner in one event and flooding a cell block during a separate incident. According to court documents, the Franklin Police Department filed criminal charges against 19-year-old David Joseph Kinney, of Franklin, and 18-year-old Devon Richard Bundy, of Oil City, in District Judge Rita J. Marwood’s office on August 13.
Advocates end their campaign for divestment from Israel after legal challenges
