On October 19, 2023 , Williams was arrested on different charges by the Drug Task Force, Fayetteville Police Department and Washington County Sheriff’s Office.

Court documents state that Williams was found with more than 500 fentanyl pills, a Glock pistol with a machinegun conversion device and a large amount of U.S. currency.

Before the October arrest, police say that evidence shows Williams had engaged with Arkansas State Police in a high-speed chase on Interstate 49. A news release states he was reaching speeds of 120 miles per hour before stopping his vehicle and fleeing on foot.

A news release states that evidence also shows Williams had shot at someone during a drug deal in April of 2022.

“Williams has been a convicted felon since 2019 when he was convicted in Washinton County of robbery,” the release states.
