    Three arrests made after missing Benton County teen found

    BENTON COUNTY, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — The Benton County Sheriff’s Office said that three people have been arrested after a missing minor was found safely.

    A 17-year-old female was reported missing on Sept. 11, 2024. BCSO confirmed she was found safe on Sept. 30.

    In an Oct. 1 news release, BCSO said Kristen Tucker, 34, Riley Fix, 24, and Brynhildre Underwood 30, were arrested in connection to the 17 year olds disappearance.

    Tucker was charged with:

    • Family Offense – Interference with custody
    • Contributing to the delinquency of a minor
    • 1st degree endangering the welfare of a minor
    • Tampering with physical evidence
    • Obstructing Governmental Operations

    Fix was charged with:

    • Family Offense – Interference with custody
    • 1st degree endangering the welfare of a minor
    • Obstructing Governmental Operations

    Underwood was charged with:

    • Family Offense – Interference with custody
    • 1st degree endangering the welfare of a minor

    BCSO said they are proud of the team of detectives who worked on bringing the missing teen back home safely.

    “This outcome reflects the hard work and collaboration of multiple agencies, and we are grateful for their support,” a news release states.

    Details are still being investigated.

    Multiple agencies assisted Springdale Police Department, Fayetteville Police Department, FBI, U.S. Marshals, National Child Protection Task Force, and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.

    there was no kidnapping they actually helped the girl out before some trafficker or idiot tried to kidnap her they just gave her a place to stay because her and her parents were fighting. these people should not be in jail they should not be charged already is is making a big story about nothing
