    $72M Hotel Vin breaks ground in Pinnacle Hills

    ROGERS, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — A new Autograph Collection Hotel by Marriott, valued at over $72 million, is being constructed in Pinnacle Hills, west of Interstate 49, with plans to open in spring 2026.

    The 125-room Hotel Vin Pinnacle Hills, developed by Great Lakes Capital and Coury Hospitality, will include a restaurant, rooftop bar, pool and meeting spaces, according to Talk Business .

    Located along Northgate Road, the hotel will be across from the $110 million mixed-use project, The Plaza at Pinnacle Hills. This development will offer apartments and retail space, anchored by a two-story, 20,000-square-foot Ruth’s Chris Steak House.

    Additionally, a planned 16-story Dream Hotel, costing over $100 million, will be located at 3529 S. Pinnacle Hills Parkway. This site currently hosts Ruth’s Chris Steak House, which is set to relocate in the first quarter of 2025.
