    Multiple drug ring members sentenced to a combined 74 years in prison

    FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) – Every member of a Northwest Arkansas meth organization has been sentenced to federal prison.

    A 2022 investigation with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Fourth Judicial Drug Task Force found multiple people in a Northwest Arkansas drug trafficking organization. Charles Grinder, 44 of McAlester, Okla., was said to be the leader of the group, according to a news release.

    “Grinder was identified as an incarcerated gang member who was a source of supply for meth into the Western District of Arkansas,” the release said.

    Grinder is one of six who were found guilty. Grinder is facing 35 years imprisonment with a five-year supervised release.

    Chelsea Dray, 30 of Bentonville, was found guilty of the distribution of methamphetamine for eight years with a three-year supervised release.

    Fayetteville man found guilty of drug charges gets 12 years in prison

    Paige Johnson, 33 of Claremore, Okla., was guilty of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine. Johnson was sentenced to serve a little more than seven years with a three-year supervised release.

    James Johnson, 40 of Wagoner, Okla., was guilty of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine. He is serving more than 15 years in prison with three years of supervised release .

    Destiny McGinnis, 29 of Stillwater, Okla., was guilty of aiding and abetting the distribution of more than 50 grams of methamphetamine. McGinnis is serving more than t hree years imprisonment and a three-year term of supervised release.

    Christopher Outlaw, 39 of Tulsa, Okla., was guilty of aiding and abetting the distribution of more than 50 grams of methamphetamine and is facing six years in prison with a four-year term of supervised release.

    Multiple agencies across Northwest Arkansas assisted in the investigation.
