LOWELL, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — On July 17, congressman Steve Womack toured the NWA Food Bank ‘s new facility in Lowell ahead of its grand opening in August.

As Northwest Arkansas grows, so will the need for hunger relief services, according to Kent Eikenberry, NWA Food Bank’s president and CEO.

“Having planned for the future, to be able to occupy this facility and see their way clear to meet the needs of this growing area and all of these accelerated population groups over the next couple of decades is a real dream come true,” Womack said.
