FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — The Fayetteville Planning Commission approved a measure on August 12 to build a 342-unit multi-family residential development with a few conditions.

A few of those conditions are:

    • The complex can be built if it conforms to the city’s master street plan.
    • Sidewalks and replantings must be included, and multiple street improvements must be made.
    • The Fayetteville City Council still has to approve the project before it becomes official.
