Fayetteville Planning Commission approves 342-unit multi-family development

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — The Fayetteville Planning Commission approved a measure on August 12 to build a 342-unit multi-family residential development with a few conditions.

A few of those conditions are:

The complex can be built if it conforms to the city’s master street plan.
Sidewalks and replantings must be included, and multiple street improvements must be made.
The Fayetteville City Council still has to approve the project before it becomes official.
