ELKINS, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — Hatch Farm is wrapping up day one of their annual Peach Festival this weekend.

While the farm grows peaches for making jam, the peaches featured at this weekend’s festival are a variety specially brought in from Colorado that are known for their rich sweetness.

Visitors can also enjoy petting the farm’s Scottish Highland cows and Kunekune pigs, along with live music, local vendors, and, of course, plenty of peaches.

“It’s nice to be able to have them come out and enjoy what we get to on a daily basis,” Matthew Varoz, co-owner of Hatch Farm, said.

The festival will end on August 17. For more information, please visit Hatch Farm’s Facebook page .
