Bella Vista City offices close due to IT issues

BELLA VISTA, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — Bella Vista city officials said they were experiencing an issue with their internal network resulting in city office closures.

City officials said in a news release that the internet and phones are unusable. City hall, Community Development Services, Bella Vista Public Library and the Bella Vista Street Department offices are affected.

“Our IT team is diligently working to resolve this issue, but at this time we will be closing city offices to the public for the remainder of the day Monday. Some employees may be able to respond to email and conduct business online intermittently,” the release states.

Police and Fire can still be reached via the non-emergency phone line to dispatch 479-855-3771 – or 911 in an emergency.
