Rollin’ Smoke BBQ serving up fun at 111th Sebastian County Fair in Greenwood

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — The 111th Sebastian County Fair is underway in Greenwood, and Brad Huff and his mom Sheila Huff at the Rollin’ Smoke food truck are set up to serve attendees.

They got the truck back in February, and now they’re smoking in style. They have a lot on the menu: smoked queso, smoked hot dogs, and of course pulled pork and brisket.

Shelia loves being able to spend time with and serve her neighbors. She said the fair is a great time to come out and have fun. With all the food options she says you can’t go wrong with any of them.

“We have a lot of fun here, a lot of good people,” Sheila Huff said. “You don’t have to cook, just come out, have fun, sit with your neighbors. We love all our customers. We consider them family.”
