Summer Fights Back This Week!

After a nice stretch of cooler weather across Northwest Arkansas and the River Valley, summer will be looking to fight back as we go throughout the work week! Warm and muggy weather is on tap for this afternoon, as high temperatures soar into the 80s areawide with decreasing clouds. Temperatures will continue to warm on Thursday and Friday, with portions of our area nearing triple digit heat index values for the first time since early August! Storm chances may increase by the time we get to the weekend, though considerable uncertainty remains in terms of timing and rainfall totals.
