Police: Evidence shows Morgan Nick’s DNA found in truck, investigation continues

ALMA, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — The Alma Police Department said they will have a media briefing at 10:30 a.m. Oct. 1 for a “significant development” in the 1995 kidnapping of Morgan Nick.

Police say Morgan’s family members will be at the press conference.

A year after Morgans’s disappearance, Morgan’s mother, Colleen, created the Morgan Nick Foundation following her kidnapping to help find other missing children and adults.

So it was Billy Jack Lincks. But he died in prison 24 years ago. Thanks to Officer Sean Taylor for sending the hairs found in his truck to a more advanced DNA lab. Hopefully somebody can remember around that time, June 5, 1995, his actions and where he went around that time. But if there was hair, blood and part of her shirt in the truck then he may not have had her for long. Prayers and thoughts with the Nick family for closure soon. It's been a long road. It's such a shame DNA evidence was less advanced then. He could've admitted this in prison though it would've been a bigger charge. But he's obviously quite self centered to say the least.
