Eureka Pizza closes all but one store; UA campus location remains

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — Eureka Pizza announced on its website that it is closing all of its locations across Arkansas and Fort Smith aside from the University of Arkansas campus location on 1021 W. Dickson Street.

The announcement says the decision was made due to staffing challenges and rising costs. “We couldn’t provide our team with the compensation they truly deserve,” the announcement said.

The remaining location will be open from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day during the school year.

The restaurant opened in 1992. The restaurant thanks its customers for their support over the past 32 years.

“Thank you, Arkansas, for 32 unforgettable years,” the announcement says. “Here’s to new beginnings and the memories we’ve created together. It’s been one heck of a ride!!! Go Hogs!”

KNWA/FOX24 reached out to Eureka Pizza for information on when the locations are closing and has not heard back.
